Why The Sachet

Gels, drinks, and chews leave the mouth acidic for far longer than most athletes realize, and enamel is temporarily softened while that lasts. Brushing with a high-abrasion paste in that window works against you. The sachet puts the low-abrasion version of that routine in your race kit at 5g, which is one full brushing, sealed until you use it.

How to use: Tear, apply to a dry brush, brush 1 hour before training. On race days, use one sachet an hour before and a second an hour after. Athladent sits alongside your regular fluoride toothpaste morning and night, it does not replace it.
